Some people like to be the boss.
For me, I'm not that ambitious.
There's only a certain extent of the corporate ladder that I would want to get to. Once I get there though, I just want to stay at that level forever. I'd really hate to do the stuff that those director-level people do and I'd also hate to deal with the people they have to deal with.
How far do you really want to go?
