Property Hunting (Part 2 - The Perception of Quality)
I used to have a set criteria list for my ideal property. But as the hunting goes on, you'll find it's almost impossible to match both your budget and criteria together.
(Unless you already have millions to spend and your only criteria was "penthouse in the middle of the CBD with ocean views"...)
So I notice I'm making a lot of sacrifices and watching the budget closely. Which is kind of sad, because house hunting is pretty serious stuff - you expect to live there for a long time, and with a mortgage, it's a long-term commitment! :(
