This is my part 1 of my property hunting experience. Sydney property prices are going up like crazy and it's extremely competitive - on average there's around 20 or more people at each inspection.
Seems to be getting more futile to be able to afford anything on the market now...

This is so true! I don't know how young people these days will buy into the market...so pricey!!
